Shipping Policy

After each launch, all clothes are made to order to ensure we have as little waste as we possibly can. The whole process (from ordering till it arrives at your doorstep) takes 7-8 weeks. We will keep you updated on the progress so you know where your order is at all times.

All orders are delivered by DPD (UK) and DHL (International)

When you place your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Shipping times:
UK Next working day following dispatch.
EU 2 – 5 working days after dispatch.
Rest of World 3 – 10 working days after dispatch.

If your delivery failed and your order is returned to us, we would need to re-charge you for shipping a second time. If you have any questions, please email wecare(@)bandfields.com

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your new clothes! We spend months sourcing the best materials so that you can enjoy and cherish your clothing for longer, however you are welcome to return your item(s) within 28 days of delivery.

Our returns address is Band Fields, 32 Palmerston Court, Lovelace Gardens, Surbiton, KT6 6SE, UK.

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition in the packaging provided. This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.

Once a returned item is back with us, has been checked over, and the condition has been accepted, refunds will be made within 3-5 days.
